January 2014 New Beginnings

As I sit back and reflect on 2013 it is now time to think about what 2014 has in store for us!  2013 was a good year!  I finished two semester of school with just one class I need to take to finish my Digital Design Certificate.  I really enjoyed school and met some really cool people.  My instructor/advisor helped me get a job as an intern in a graphics department at a small business in the town I live in back in March.  It has been a great experience and I have learned a lot.  I am not sure how much longer I will be able to stay with this company but I have really enjoyed it!

 I also had several opportunities to use my photography skills this year!  Actual paying jobs!  I am hoping to grow the photography business.  Social media and word of mouth really do help!

Jack started high school and seems to be doing well!  He grew about 2 inches over the summer.  Not sure I like that!    Nick wasn't sure what he was doing.....I think he finally figured some stuff out though!  He is working now and is enrolled at the community college here in town.  It is great having him around!  He and Jack seem to be getting closer.  He has gotten Jack involved with track and field at school.  Heather got a dog (Yoda), a job promotion and moved into her 2nd apartment.  She seems to be doing well! 

Dennis has been working his butt off!  He really does not like his job but we need the benefits.   I feel like 2014 will be a great year!  We are all moving along and upwards!  If we could all look at the glass as half full instead of half empty we would have such better attitudes!
