Pasta Making!

My son Jack loves Fettuccine Alfredo!  Instead of buying it in a box,  I made fresh pasta!  It was so different then store bought!  Unfortunately he does not like homemade sauce.  I used jar sauce but the pasta was so good it did not matter!  The pasta machine is an Atlas.  It was a wedding gift 25 years ago.  I need to use it more!  Most kitchens will have the ingredients for fresh pasta in their kitchen - all purpose flour and eggs!
