My Version of Bread Pudding




A couple of months ago a made a pound cake.  I put it in two separate bread tins as they were going to be gifts.  Needless to say they did not turn out well. It tasted good but fell apart.   I was able to salvage half of one as a gift but the rest went in the freezer.  I took the chunks of pound cake out this weekend and made bread pudding with it!  It was delicious!  I just used your basic bread pudding recipe - 4 eggs, some milk, a couple tablespoons of sugar and some cinnamon.  I did not put any vanilla in it because the pound cake was already tasty!
